Shipping Update: September 18 – October 8
We would like to let our customers know about an upcoming holiday period that may temporarily affect fulfillment from our International warehouse.
From September 18 through October 8, some International orders may require additional processing time and deliveries may take slightly longer than usual. These are expected to be temporary delays associated with the holiday schedule.
If you expect to need an International order during this period, we recommend placing your order in advance whenever possible. Planning ahead can help reduce the inconvenience of any additional processing or transit time.
USA Orders Are Not Affected
Our USA warehouse will continue operating normally during the same period. There are no scheduled holiday closures or interruptions affecting USA fulfillment, so domestic orders will continue to be processed and shipped as usual.
- International Warehouse: Minor processing and delivery delays may occur from September 18 through October 8
- USA Warehouse: Normal order processing and shipping with no scheduled interruption
